Description

IC1613 is an irregular dwarf galaxy in the constellation Cetus. At a distance of about 2.4 Mly it is a member of the Local Group. It is the only irregular galaxiy other than the Magellanic Clouds that RR Lyrae type variables have been observed. Ha was added to enhance the HII regions in this galaxy.
