Description

This image was taken with a Takahashi TOA 130 and an SBIG 16803 camera from the really dark skies of Likely Place, California. Likely is in the extreme NE corner of the state on the Modoc Plateau where there is no light pollution, nor is there much air pollution. It is a standard LRGB image ... 12 LUM binned 1 X 1 and 12 RGB binned 2 X 2 ... both exposures 1200 seconds. I was going for the faint stuff. Processed in CCDStack and PS CS6. Astrodon filters worked very well with those super hot stars.
