Description

I didn't intend on imaging Comet Tuttle again since I've done it twice in the last week.

However I set all of my gear up and I was trying to decide what to image. I looked toward

Ursa Major and decided I would try to find Comet Tuttle with my Orion ED80 refractor. Prior

to this I'd only seen it with my 8 Inch Newt. I've always been fascinated by comets and try

and view them as much as I can. I pointed my scope to where I thought the comet should be

and there it was first look through my eyepiece with no searching required. Since I was already

on Comet Tuttle and I've not imaged it with my ED80 refractor I decided to go ahead and image

it again. For some reason my image was extremely noisy. I imaged M47 immediately after

imaging Comet Tuttle using the exact same exposure and iso setting yet there was very little

noise at all in my image of M47. Anyway with all of that said this is my most recent image of

Comet Tuttle noise and all. Enjoy.
