Description

1500 light years away from earth, in the Auriga constellation you will see IC405, the Flaming star nebula (right on the picture). IC405 is an emission and reflexion nebula spreading 5 light years across.

On the picture left side is IC410 (The tadpoles nebula), a huge dusty emission nebula. The nebulas look beside to each other, but it is an illusion... IC 410 is much more distant (12,000 light years away) and and much larger (100 light years across) than the Flaming Star Nebula.
