Description

UGC 6614 is a low surface brightness galaxy in Leo. I did this as a test during waxing gibbous during my stay at Olly Penrice's in France. Moon wasn't much of a problem with the other targets. However, due to the extremely faint arms of the galaxy the background brightness/noise overwhelmed them. Still, 3x1200s with Atik11000 and TEC140 on an Avalon Linear mount.

Will probably reprocess this again and also remove remaining dust bunnys.

UGC6614 can be found slightly left and below the centre of the image.
