Description

The Rosette Nebula is an active stellar nursery. The new born stars create energy witin the cosmic particles that cause them the emit the radiation we see in the photo. Hence, the designation of an emission nebula. This is an unguided shot and somewhat hurried series of subframes as the target was nearing the horizon and starting to pick up some glow from the distance town of Deming, New Mexico. Better image then the previous one. The Flattener/Reducer allowed me to catch the complete area of nebulosity.
