Description

My first attempt on M106. This was supposed to be 60 lights at 4 Minute subs. I used APT on my laptop which is then linked to my desktop inside the house. Once I got things going, I set my alarm and fell asleep. I awoke after about 3 hours and looked at my desktop. APT and PHD2 were gone and all that was left was my desktop image. I tried to re-link to my laptop and my desktop was unable to find my laptop to re-establish the link. I went outside, all the equipment was still there and powered up. When I looked at my laptop screen, APT and PHD2 were gone and there was a blue screen, not of death, but of a giant Windows 10 update. I had left the default settings in WIndows that indicated the laptop would not be used after midnight, so it proceeded to shut down all my software and install a Windows update. Lesson learned, have corrected the Windows settings to prevent that from happening again. So my 4 hours of integration turned into 2 1/2 hours. Hope to try M106 again.
