Description

Before I moved the scope towards the "summer" constellation early in the morning there was some time left in the evening. I did M3 two years ago already, but I thought I give it another try, this time taking only 30 seconds exposures. For once, maybe the core is not that overblown, second my mount is not too bad with 30 seconds, at least a bit rounder stars, and third many images so that noise levels will be less. I believe it actually worked out pretty well, well, at least better than I expected. Globulars are so far not my favorite ones to process, maybe I found now a slightly better way. The Deconvolution with the raw images was probably a good thing to do. And I used Gary's dark spots removal equation in PixInsight on the final image (see https://www.astrobin.com/c7bgwq/H/?nc=collection&nce=910), and it worked very nicely!! Thank you Gary!! The uploaded image on Astrobin lacks actually a bit of color in the overview, hmmmm, wonder why?

Description: For some reason the color on the Astrobin image was way lower than I thought it would be, hence a more saturated version.
