Description

Last October I got a bunch of data on SH2-155 aka The Cave.. This month I decided to add some more and replaced the previous 300 sec Ha subs with 53x600s and also added a bit more through RGB&L as well. At this stage there is a total of 25.83hours with 16 of those RGBL. I followed the processing steps from something I copied from another user here for "RGBHL" workflow and it was so easy!

Linear fit RGB to Ha. Apply ABE to all frames except Ha. Made linear RGB and applied PCC against spiral galaxy which resulted in a very natural color. MLT noise reduction to RGB. Blended Ha into the Linear RGB using PI's script.. The default factor of 1.2 was good.

Made a superluminance by averaging all ABE linear frames using te CLS luminance as reference. Applied deconvolution to that.

Applied simple screen stretch to the RGBH and the superluminance and made the RGBH_L.

Adjusted contrast with curves and applied ACDNR.
