Description

The 2 panels mosaic of sky background, galaxy NGC6946 and open star cluster NGC6939:

Captured 05/24/2017 and 05/25/2017 with Canon @f/4.5 200mm and Canon 6D DSLR unfiltered.

Total exposure : 36 x 5 minutes x 2 panels = 6h

The 9 panels mosaic of elphant trunk nebula IC1396:

To improve colors and details, I have used an hybrid color palette composed by narrowband, red and blue data from POSS-II with Cannistra bicolor technic in order to shows together primary and complementary colors along a continuum

Captured 03/14/2013, 03/27/2015, 03/28/2015, 04/06/2015, 04/07/2015, 04/08/2015 with Takahashi FSQ106ED @f/5 530mm

Additional SHO data have been captured in March 2012 with my old lens Tokina 300 f2.8

92 x 10 minutes unbinned = 15h20

6 x 20 minutes unbinned = 2h (for Elephant's Trunk nebula)

Total exposure : 17h20

POSS-II Survey (http://www.astro.caltech.edu/~wws/poss2.html) 25 panels of 60x60 arc/min for Red and Blue data)

The 12 panels mosaic of the flying bat SH2-129 and the squid OU4:

I have used and hybrid color palette composed by alpha, OIII, Red and Blue data.

Captured 04/19/2016, 04/27/2016, 04/28/2016, 04/29/2016, 05/04/2016, 05/06/2016, 05/17/2016, 05/20/2016, 06/09/2016, 06/21/2016, 06/22/2016, 06/23/2016, 06/27/2016, 06/28/2016, 07/16/2016, 07/17/2016, 07/18/2016, and 07/19/2016

114 raw H-alpha images of 20 minutes each unbinned

99 raw OIII images of 20 minutes each unbinned

160 raw Red and Blue images of 1 minute each binning 2x2

Total exposure : 75h20

Total exposure for the whole composition : 98h40

Instruments:

Mount 10micron GM2000-HPS

Takahashi FSQ106ED @f/5 530mm focal length with ONAG XT (http://www.innovationsforesight.com/), Apogee Alta U8300 monochrome @-30°C, Astrodon narrowband H-alpha, OIII and SII 5nm and TrueBalance LRGB filters

Canon 200mm f/1.8 telelens opened @f/4.5 and Canon 6D DSLR unfiltered

Softwares and processing technics:

MaximDL to capture

SkySurveyor to calculate mosaic tiles and to automatically move the scope to the next tile coordinate
