Description

This planetary nebula is similar to the ring (M57) in my eyes. It's very strong in the Ha wavelength, although there is some OIII and SII present. I've seen some suggestions that it favours the NI filter better than Ha.

Taken on 3 separate nights in August and some during the return to astro dark in my area. Weather is still poor in my part of the UK though, so scope time is still limited.

Rev A: the RGB 30 minutes per channel all 180s subs, the PN is just visible in the red channel.

Rev B: the HSO image.

Rev C: The HSO plus the RGB stars. An extracted Luminance has been applied to the combination.
