Title: HRGB revision - 2022

Description: What can I say about this image? A night with truly excellent seeing and transparency turned up right when I was at a Bortle 2 dark site in Texas - but it just happened to be the same night I screwed up the back-focus after taking the camera off to make some adjustments. I collected the H-alpha data anyway and did my best with it. The original grayscale image had ugly stars, though. Here is a color revision, where I used Starnet++ to remove the twisted stars and replace them with shrunken RGB stars from a different night a month earlier. The stars are still not so great, but it's an improvement. Total integration time is more like 4.5 hours with the RGB added in.

I'd love to shoot M16 again if I ever get enough clear skies in May-June.
