Description

NASA calls Barnard 228 the "Dark Wolf Nebula in Lupus" https://science.nasa.gov/barnard-228-dark-wolf-nebula-lupus

I would not call it dark, at least not in this fast "light bucket" telescope, but it is in the constellation of the Wolf (Canis lupus).

This is LRGB data obtained through my membership in Telescope Live at the El Sauce hosting facility at 1500m elevation in Río Hurtado, Coquimbo Region, Chile. Each channel is 5 x 10 min. Nice to have access to southern sky data, well below my usual horizon, especially now when rain and clouds are forecasted for the next week (at least) up here in Sweden.
