Description

15 x 180s x 3 subs in HA, OII and SII processed in PixInsight using MosaicByCoordinates
With a small imaging window cramped by having to do the full setup, align and model each night, this took quite a few rare clears nights to acquire, dodging clouds and light pollution and the inevitable side of the roof calling curtains.
Also the learning curve on how the mosaic process works in PixInsight was pretty steep and the path littered with gotchas. It also spelled out the necessity of getting a field rotator!
Again another one for the to do list under a full dark sky with a deeper swag of dithered subs.
