Description

I was intrigued by the names.

The Deer Lick Group. Reportedly Tomm Lorenzin (author of "1000+ The Amateur Astronomers' Field Guide to Deep Sky Observing") gave the name to the NGC 7331 group in honor of Deer Lick Gap in the mountains of North Carolina where he observed and once had an especially fine view of this group of galaxies. It was actually discovered by William Herschel in 1784. NGC 7331 is the brightest member of the NGC 7331 Group of galaxies.

Stephan's Quintet name is more straightforward. The group of five galaxies, visible in the constellation Pegasus, was discovered by Édouard Stephan in 1877 at the Marseille Observatory.

Still trying to get a handle on RGB processing. For some reason I thought it would be easier than NB, but it's not.
