Description

The pelican Nebula is an emission nebula in Cygnus, located in front of the "Gulf of Mexico" in North America nebula (NGC7000). This is the first time that I use an H-alpha filter. The contrast is amazing, but I'm not sure if I like so much contrast. It seems that the pelican died a few days ago. The shoots were obtained in 2017/october, nights of 09, 10, 11 and 12. L: 30 X 4', R: 13 X 6', G: 12 X 6', B: 12 X 6', Ha: 4 X 12' + 13 X 15' (Total 9 h 45'). I've employed the NBRGB script in PixInsight for the RGB + Ha fusion.
