Description

The Cave Nebula, Sh2-155, is a diffuse nebula in the constellation Cepheus and lies some 2400 light years away. It spans 35 light years across and contains emission, reflection and dark nebulae. The dark nebula are due to intervening dust and absorbing the light from the background emission.
