Stephen's Quintet consist of (of course) five galaxies; two of them are very close and are expected to merge. This is a difficult target for land telescopes, and particularly, for one of size of 14.5" in diameter; it is small.

This is an LRGB composition, processed carefully to protect the delicate information and avoid stars get bloated, or trying to reduce the bloat.
