After almost two months of clouds, rain and even more clouds at my home, I just looked through my 2017 images again and chosed my personal highlights. :-)

It's not only the "prettiest" pictures, but also those that are linked with great memories. So the cat's paw nebula and the southern milky way for example were imaged after a 7.000km flight under tropical temperatures on my father's rooftop. Or the Antares region, which I imaged at home in the middle of some forest while I was observed by many interested animals... The overall integration time of this "Best of" is about 108,5 hours.

Again this year I have learned a lot, met some great Astro colleagues and had a lot of fun with this great hobby. To a great year 2018 and clear skies to all of us!
