Pentacon 500 f5.6 lenshood adaption 118/122mm

Due to the actual thread:

The Pentacon lenses don't like light from the side and the original lens-hoods are extremely short and nearly good for nothing. For the 300mm f4.0 lens the lens hood of the Zeiss lenses with 86/95mm diameter, dependant on the version of the pentacon, fits. The 500mm has 118mm filter diameter which is not in production for some time. Therefore I gave an adapter in production for adapting it to standardised 122mm diameter, so that the heliopan-hoods can be used. The foto shows the combination.

The adapter ring is made from aluminium and can also be used with plastic waste-tubes, in germany we call them KG or HT, to glue the ring in with epoxy or melting glue to have a lens hood as long as requested which can be screwed in if needed. A little bit tricky but working.

5 were made, 4 remain in stock this time.
