Description

Poor weather with lots of cloud and a healthy breeze. There were small gaps in the cotton wool. So 30s subs on this tiny Planetary Nebula "The Lemon Slice." If you haven't seen the Hubble image, it's well worth a Google to see how it got its name. IC 3568 is around half the size of the Eskimo, so very small.

I collected 40x30s in RGB, OIII, and Ha. Nothing appeared in SII so only took 2. Although a STF stretch in PI did show something there in the SII.

Spent all day sifting through the subs clearing out the poor ones. Going by the RGB image I missed a couple, But even the stars are small around this target.

There's lots of small galaxies in the RGB image.

Still always wanted to have a go at this, just a shame I don't own the Hubble :-}
