I took these frames around mid-December 2017. I shot 500 L's and 100 each of R, G and B. Clouds interfered with about 150 of the L's, and when I integrated the remaining L's, I didn't think the result was as good as a synthetic L extracted from the RGB integration, so I used that instead.
What I like about this image: nice range of star colors, the dust lanes in NGC 891, and quite a few interesting smaller galaxies - I count about 20.
Improvements needed: stars a bit oblong if you pixel peep (probably guiding), background a bit mottled (need more data to smooth it out).
Overall, I'm glad I can get enough LRGB data from my front-yard pier to make LRGB imaging fun! Local skies measure 19.77 SQM with my iPhone app.
