Description

Since I'm frustrated with my problems with QHY9, I decided to give the dsrl a spin with deep sky. After getting the correct distance to sensor with MPCC, it was surprisingly easy. I used a low ISO of 640, long exposures and shot the flats with the histogram fairly far on the right. This to prevent Nikon's shenanigans of clipping the black. Seemed to work ok.
