Description

The Sunflower Galaxy (M63) in constellation Canes Venatici is a bright and pretty spiral with a nice yellow core and lots of knots of star formation areas. It has an interesting disruption lane (front of the galaxy from our perspective) from some kind of gravitation interaction.

I shot luminance part of this the two clear nights we had last week and once the weather turned I ended using older data for color and it turned out fine.
