Description

I solved more or less the field tilt I face yesterday night, and very carefully collimated through the Nikon with all optics in place. NikonBackYard proves invaluable for this.

I tested again with a higher ISO rate at 1600 instead of 800, but the increase in noise is noticeable so I will go back to the trusty old ISO800 (however maybe it's not that bad even since I only used 12 darks and at 15°C).

Temperature dropped consistenly which required refocusing every second frame.

I left the black ribbon at the image bottom since it contains the nice little spiral galaxy.

This group is surprising as I find the many spiral galaxies beautiful... It's known as Hickson 68. Most galaxies are mag. 11 and down.

Brightest members here: NGC5353 5350 5371 5354 5358

Faintest visible ?

The orange bright star is HD121197 magnitude 6.5
