Description

Abell 2151 is commonly known as the Hercules Galaxy Cluster. The cluster is home to over 200 identified galaxies and lies around a half billion light years away! It is very rich in interacting and faint galactic structures. I felt is was a good "deep field" exercise for the backyard astronomer but it definitely left me wanting more of the fainter bits. Perhaps next season I will park on this one for a longer while and see what I can get out of it.

Until next time, enjoy!
