Good afternoon! Today I am uploading an image of a nebula known and catalogued as Messier 78! This nebula is a reflection nebula, and can be found in the constellation Orion around 1600 light years from Earth. This nebula and the others near it are all part of the Orion Molecular cloud complex. This nebula is a starforming region, and contains 45 proto-stars (stars that haven't been "born" yet because they haven't achieved nuclear fusion) and 17 Herbig-Haro objects (nebulae associated with a new star forming) I hope you like this image, and the info,
