Description

An expired tree looking old and ancient photographed by the side of the road in the middle of the night. Maybe it is, but maybe it is also reaching out for the stars which have been there millions of years whilst the tree has been hanging on for a mere hundred years of so. Image was taken in a rural location in the central west of NSW Australia.

Image processed from a single frame with the Canon 60Da and Samyang 14mm, F2.8 lens. ISO 1600, 20s and stopped down to F4.0.
