Description

Although the Tulip would fit into a single frame it would fill it leaving nothing for a contrast, hence the second pane. The extra panel also allows the inclusion of Cygni X-1 a known black hole that is leeching the mass from HDE 226868 a super blue giant around 40 times the size of our Sun, with 400,000 times the luminosity. The x-ray emissions from the black hole have created a bow shock wave just visible on the right hand side of the image. More data will need to be garnered for it to become more visible. The star is pointed out in the inset in image 3.

I'll add to this in any clear spells during the short summer nights. Hopefully when the Moons new for some more O3 and S2.
