EDIT 3-8-19 the current version contains all luminance subs in addition to the described data below. This was put together in CCDStack and PS. So add about 1.5 more hours. All data (except Ha) were combined for a superluminance channel.

ORIGINAL: The sharp summer nights are back and it's time to catch the late season galaxies. I started with Luminance, as usual, but the sharpest subs came later with the color. This is one reason I shoot 1x1 color - the luminance here is made up of the sharpest color subs (1.75-2.09 a-s) and only 3 actual luminance subs made the cut.

I used all subs for a 2nd luminance that was used for the background layer. So the final luminance was a blend of two layers, bright-sharp and dark-less sharp. All subs were drizzled in PI. The bright-sharp layer was deconvolved in CCDStack. I chose to drizzle since my subs were under 3 pixels FWHM, but I think the biggest result of the drizzle was smoothing noise in the end.

My STX camera's filter wheel died after capturing the LRGB so the Ha element was captured with a SBIG STT 8300. Much smaller FOV but fine for the Ha on the Galaxy. This was blended in as a magenta layer set to lighten in Photoshop. I scaled the Ha layer based on the pixel size difference and manually aligned in PS.

13L, 15R, 12G, 16B all 10 minute subs + 15 Ha subs at 20 minutes each. Total 16 hours.
