Description

This is another test of using OSC with Hyperstar and Ha filter.

In this case only 1/4 of the pixels are active - but with dithering and drizzling there is no loss of resolution. This is only 7x4m exposures and it shows good resolution and depth - despite using an OSC camera and only 1/4 of its pixels.

No processing other than levels in photoshop. No cropping, no sharpening. No gradient removal. Full moon nearby, and suburban location with darkest sky being about 18.5 mag/arc-sec^2.

Another thing different here is that I used a 1.25" Custom Scientific 10nm Ha filter - instead of the Baader fast f/2 filters I normally use with hyperstar. This is partly to see if 10nm has any impact in this mode - but clearly it works pretty well.
