Description

By mistake, I took 12 images spaced 5 minutes apart, instead of many more for a timelapse, however this conveniently meant I could arrange it somewhat nicely.

Main image is through both telescope (centre) and my 28-300mm lens (at 300mm while piggybacked on the telescope). The image through the telescope was taken near the end of the totality, and was partially obscured by the fence.

Sadly I had to wrestle with my telescope mount, and due to a momentary loss of power, causing me to lose the first part of the moon being covered. Nothing more fun than getting a limb or object caught on the power cord.

I'll add a couple more later as revisions, once I get a chance to look at and stitch the ones from my ZWO ASI224MC
