Située dans l'hémisphère celeste nord, la constellation de la Couronne boréale est petite et ne contient pas d'objet particulièrement remarquables.
La Couronne Boréale est située entre Vega (Lyre) et Arcturus (Bouvier). A un tiers de distance à partir d'Arcturus, on repère facilement un étoile brillante: Alpha Coronae Borealis (Alphecca aussi appelée Gemme), c'est une étoile binaire blanche de magnitude 2,20. A sa droite, Nusakan étoile binaire de magnitude 3,65 et seconde étoile la plus brillante de la constellation.
Tout à droite, Thiba (mag 3,45) de la constellation du Bouvier.

Corona Borealis is a small northern constellation and does not contain any particular object.
Corona Borealis is located between Vega (Lyra) and Arcturus (Bootes). At a third of distance from Arcturus, one can easily spot a bright star: Alpha Coronae Borealis (Alphecca also called "gemma"), it is a white binary star of magnitude 2.20. On its right, Nusakan another binary star of magnitude 3.65 and second brightest star in this constellation.
Far at right is Thiba (Mag 3.45), star from the constellation of Bootes.
