At the beginning of the new lunation cycle I was able to observe the southern and eastern edge of the moon at extreme librations (E 7.3 *; S -6.6 *). I did not pay attention to the low position of the Moon above the horizon and poor conditions - such libration does not happen often. I spent a few days on photo sessions. It was not bad. With the help of maps showing the eastern libration belt, I can analyze the visibility of structures lying far beyond the edge of the Silver Globe. Mare Marginis and Mare Smythii visible in its entirety - a rarity. So far away from the edge of the Humboldt crater - a great view. I did not expect to see a chain of craters - Catena Humboldt.
