Description

If my first astrophotography essays were done with a PentaxK30 and the O-GPS 1 using the astrotracer function, I've need to test the last APS-C material combination of Pentax in a unique camera, the K3 II. So I did 3 days ago some trials with it and the Samyang 85mm f/1.4 at f/2.8. All the exposures represent 30 shots of 120 seconds each for 400ISO (because of light pollution and the rising moon).

For a total exposition hour, whitout an equatorial mount, and with a 85mm lens, the celestial field didn't permit to add the 30 shots. So I did 5 series of 6 shots each. For information, the last one was out of purpose (no relation with the four precedent).

Last detail, I only use a mini Manfrotto table tripod.
