NGC4565 ou la "galaxie de l'aiguille", de dimension similaire à la Voie Lactée, située à environ 30/50 millions d'années-lumière ; accompagnée de quelques galaxies plus lointaines (NGC4535 et NGC4562).
Beaucoup plus loin dans l'espace, on distingue la structure de IC3543 (280 millions d'années-lumière) ou encore IC3546 (300 millions d'années-lumière).
Image principale réalisée à la TSA102, mixée avec une image réalisée au C8 pour gagner en détail dans NGC4565 et les galaxies proches.

NGC4565 "Needle Galaxy", a galaxy probably very similar in size and structure to our own Milky Way, 30/50 millions LY away ; with other more distant galaxies (NGC4535 and NGC4562).
Much further in space, we distinguish the structure of IC3543 (280 millions LY) and IC3546 (300 millions LY).
Main field made with TSA102, mixed with an image made with C8 in order to gain some details in NGC4565 and galaxies around.
