I have been working on acquisition for this Image ALL year! So fucking pumped to have it finished! I chose to image this area - between sadr/butterfly nebula and the crescent nebula because I did not want the crescent in as a distraction. I also try my best to photograph fields and orientations that are not typically photographed. This area was on my list because I love the wisp areas of Hydrogen Alpha & Sulphur (gold) concentrations against the Oxygen (Blue)... just looks amazing to me.

This area is in the Orion arm of the milky way and is over 3000ly away. Located in the Cygnus Constellation close to the star Gamma Cyg.
