Description

Another ticked off my Abell list. This is visible in RGB and the much stronger Ha signal, there is a small amount of OIII present. There's a small Ha cloud to the right of Abell 77 though I'm unaware of any designation for this. You can see it better in the noisy HOO image and the Ha stack which shows a lot of background dust throughout the image.

B

Description: HOO. Noisy due to the lack of OIII subs. There was a heavy dew in the air. The small dust cloud on the right of Abell 77 shows up better in this version.

C

Description: HaRGB. I framed the Pn off center to add the larger star into the fov. Lots of surrounding dust as this lies close to the Elephant's trunk.

E

Description: The Ha stack with a stf applied. Shows the dust cloud to the right of Abell 77 better.

F

Description: Re-processed using the NBRGB script. The Ha cloud to the right of Abell 77 is a bit more prominent. Still haven't found a designation for this.

G

Description: A crop of F
