Description

Revisiting the targets started my Astrophotography hobby. M45 is the second target.

The moon was at 65%. It was so bright. Pleiades was about 90-degree away. But it definitely impact the SNR.

Got this feeling that the size of the stars - overall, not just the brightest ones - are much larger than the narrowband versions. Wondering why. But I do like the true star color from LRGB result comparing to the not so accurate narrowband combination.

Anyway... The stars are just.. fat.

Processing-wise, more practice needed to define the deringing star mask during Deconvolution. MultiscaleLinearTransformation is the king of reduce noise, level of control, ease of mask protection, no other ones come close.

Well, I tried to add Ha master but nothing obvious noticed. There is no Ha signal from the nebulosity in this area.
