Description

This was taken with my Lunt LS100THa doublestacked with my Solar Spectrum modified T-scanner using a PGR Grasshopper 3 through a Coronado 2X Barlow. In this doublestack configuration I do not use the Lunt B1800 Blocking Filter as the Solar Spectrum T-scanner has the blockers built in.

This was the maiden voyage for my AiryLab Solar Scintillation Monitor (SSM). The SSM log shows 0.56/1.16/1.10 for the surface and 0.71/1.16/1.20 for the prom (best/avg./threshold). This is a nifty little device. Sun is low and the seeing wasn't great but I got some rather good data. I love that it will pause the video during the exposure and wait for seeing to improve before adding more frames.
