Description

Rosette Nebula is always on the top of my target list. The vibrant color layers and sophisticated details have too much temptation. I have two plans for the Rosette this winter - HaRGB and pure narrowband. I believe 6 hours of Ha from city light pollution is good enough. There is not much de-noise needs to be done for the Ha master.

The 5 hours RGB data was captured from the trip to Atoka last weekend. The moon set when the Rosette RGB sequence started. Got the blessing everything went well. And finally, I had all the data for HaRGB version ready.

Indeed, I appreciate the true color from RGB. Will make some dramatic version in the next pure narrowband version.

So here it is. Hope you like it.

(I am not sure about the version with minimal star spikes, or the original star version. Tough call...)
