Description

NGC 1365 is a spectacular galaxy in Fornax's constellation, its Z-shaped form brings to it a unsual visual. Besides that, it is very large and bright. This galaxy was in my wish list for a long time, summer clear nights are very rare in my location, yesterday was a good chance to get it.

Astrophotography can be very interesting even with small refractors. This image was done with a small refractor (80mm aperture only) and it has a good level of details. There's a low crop in borders, the ASI178 produces a small FOV even with only 600mm of focal length.

I hope you like it as I do.
