Description

I took this image in Jan 2016 when traveling from WA to TX. At that time I was using a Celestron Alt-Az mount with a wedge, C9.25 with Hyperstar and QHY10 OSC; unguided. This is the darkest place I have ever been in my life and I don't think I used any control frames then; so dark it took me a while to locate Polaris. This is 15x30" OSC. I'm only uploading it so my "gallery" isn't empty Currently learning NB imaging; have the equipment now. Learning much about NB now and making the switch when the weather is better. Meanwhile, learning much from others on astrobin. Thanks!
