Description

47 Tucanae is the second brightest globular cluster in the night sky and we are lucky to have it and the other (Omega Centauri) in our southern skies. I have always loved looking at it through binoculars standing just off to one side of the Small Magellanic Cloud (SMC). It is of course a fine site in a telescope. This capture was made with my C11 and the Hyperstar at f/2. Very fast imaging.....these exposures were only 5 seconds each. I captures 60 subs (so only 5 minutes of total integration, with 40 Darks, 40 Bias and 40 Flats.
