Description

A Friend's collage gave me the idea to put something together that would wrap up much of my imaging from the second half of 2018, which is when I got my mount and scope. The Milky Way from Cygnus through Cassiopeia is probably my favorite part of the night sky. So full of emission nebulae I wasn’t able to image them all, like NGC 281 the Pacman Nebula, but did manage to get quite a few.

The center image was taken with my 14mm Rokinon and a modified Canon T3i while camping along the Mississippi River last September. All of the surrounding photos are narrow band images taken through either my Canon 200mm F2.8 stopped down to F4 or my Stellarvue SVQ100 F5.8 astrograph. A ZWO ASI1600MM Cool camera was used for all of these images.
