The Mother of all nebulas

Can it get any prettier or more vivid?, I suppose the answer is Yes and with the heavens above anything and everything is possible. With such an abundance of stars and space more color and beauty are revealed in what is called the most titanic and elaborate display of nebulae and colors in space. Orion is by far the closest of all nebulas to us and the great Pharos of Egypt new this and copied the formation of Orion's belt on Earth forming the Great pyramids of Giza. The Orion constellation holds the most remarkable and vivid stellar objects of all constellations in the heavens, when they say a picture says a thousand words well this one here says a million words all in one glimpse.

Th Orion nebulae is appx 1370 light years away and is a vast stellar nursery, stars in the thousands spanning 40 lights years cross. So majestic is this Nebulae that it is the most photographed nebulae of all time. I suppose there is no end to what we can see up there and yet they say it is only a glimpse of what is far beyond what our eyes can see in this lifetime and the one beyond.

Photographed over a span of 4 nights, 2 of the nights I was dodging clouds. This was a stack of over 700 exposures with a total time frame of 6.2 hours. 8 hours of processing via different programs.

Views by Submitters (available since September 19th, 2023) Every image is assigned to 50% of available Submitters. In the event that at least 80% of them don't view the image before its time in the IOTD/TP process expires, it's assigned to the other 50% of Submitters and the process begins anew.
Promotions by Submitters When 3 distinct Submitters promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for Top Pick status. This requirement, in addition to anonymization of images and distribution to only a subset of them, prevents biases and ensures that the best images are selected.
Promotions by Reviewers When 3 distinct Reviewers promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for IOTD status.
Early dismissal Staff members have a lot of images to inspect on a daily basis, and they can dismiss images if they believe they don't meet the requirements for IOTD/TP selection. If an image is dismissed 5 times, it's removed from the process. This streamlines the process and ensures that any bias present in promotions could be overruled by other staff members.
