Description

the Pipe nebula is just the most prominent part of the dark clouds shading the central bulge of our milky way. The numbers of stars is uncountable, and so you find just a few objects marked on the annotated image, some small globulars that hide in the glare. The detailed and delicate structures of the obscuring matter is simply stunning.
