Description

Sometimes and probably most of the time you will find that even the smallest of things come in a beautiful package, A diamond ring for example, so small but blistering in contrast and splendor. The same applies to space, this image of a glorious little nebulae is actually a star forming region, although not as big as many of the others I have photographed it holds immense Hydrogen alpha regions and stars collapsing and exploding revealing a lot of intricate detail. The stars emit intense Ultraviolet radiation which ionizes the Hydrogen gas making the Nebulae glow. In a few million years with the blasting heat waves this nebula will disappear into space leaving only those bright little diamond stars in the middle as a memory of what used to be.
