Description

M 12 (also known as NGC 6218) is a Globular Cluster which is located in constellation Ophiuchus. It is a fairly loose globular cluster which small telescopes will find resolvable. M 12 is estimated at 20,000 light years from earth. This globulart cluster was discovered by Charles Messier on May 30,1764.
