This is a magnitude 14 galaxy that's about 272 million light years away and I had absolutely no business trying to image it from Denver with a 4" refractor.

I used about 31 hours of data to create the image, including some through a near IR filter inspired by Josh Smith. 8.0 hours of red, 6.9 hours of green, 7.4 hours of blue, 7.4 hours of luminance and 1.5 hours of near IR.
